k this is my problem , i can get online but only if i put my norton antivirises off ??? what can be the problem , its not my connection , my operator says thats good

should i reinstal them ?

i dont like norton. I prefer good old fashiond free AVG. Other than that it might be the certain settings on norton. Perhaps they are set too high or on block internet? I havnt got it so i dont know. Try loweing the settings. Otherwise get another antivirus.

well my sister was the pc when it happend and she 's not that good with pc's....
